Trailer Endorsement Training
At WALIA DRIVING SCHOOL, our Trailer Endorsement Training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to tow large recreational vehicles safely and legally. In British Columbia, towing most recreational vehicles typically requires a valid Class 5 or Class 7 driver’s license. However, for larger trailers that weigh more than 4,600 kilograms when fully loaded, you will need a house trailer endorsement (Code 07) or a heavy trailer endorsement (Code 20) on your license.

Course Overview: Our comprehensive Trailer Endorsement Training covers the following topics:
- Recreational Vehicle Training: Learn the fundamentals of operating and towing large recreational vehicles.
- Air Brake Endorsement: Gain the necessary skills and knowledge to obtain your air brake endorsement, crucial for vehicles equipped with air brakes.
- License Classes: Understand the different license classes and the specific requirements for each.
- Code 20 Endorsement & Code 7 Endorsement: Detailed training on the requirements and procedures for obtaining both Code 20 and Code 7 endorsements.
Eligibility
- Must have a valid B.C. driver’s license (Class 5 or Class 7) or an out-of-province equivalent.
- Suitable for individuals looking to tow large recreational vehicles exceeding 4,600 kilograms.
Prerequisites
- No prior towing experience is required.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to safe towing practices.
- Must possess a valid Class 5 or Class 7 driver’s license.
